    Sourcing

    We build direct relationships with Brazilian producers who share our standards — favouring long-term partnerships over one-season deals.

    Selection

    Only lots that meet our cup score progress. We taste every option, blind, before committing.

    Green-bean QC

    Physical inspection for defects, moisture and screen size. Anything below spec is set aside.

  4. 04

    Roasting

    Small batches, profile-roasted to draw out each origin's character. Consistency comes from care, not shortcuts.

    Resting

    Beans rest in food-grade valve bags to develop full flavour before they leave the roastery.

  6. 06

    Packing

    Sealed with roast date, batch and origin — every bag traceable to the lot it came from.

    Shipping

    Fresh from the roastery to your café or kitchen. Wholesale customers receive dispatch on a rolling schedule.

    Brewing

    We share brew guides, dial-in support and barista training with our wholesale partners so every cup lands.
